1/50 sec @ f5.6, ISO 800, 85mm (zoom), Canon 20DThis pair of tulips are pretty much equidistant from the camera, which I think is quite a weak composition. Much more dynamic would be to have one of them closer to the camera. I think I was striving for a sort of balance in the picture.

Bit of a stronger composition with one boat larger than the other. Could be even better with the smaller one further back I think. Good looking horizon line on this one I think.

Originally going for a pair of points created by the eyes, which being of different colours might create a bit of interest. Think the points of the ears also creates some complications though. Plus the nose :-) Not a simple shot at all from the pov of points!
